Sobha Elwood

Sobha Elwood is an exclusive green community created by Sobha Realty in Dubailand. It will feature seven unique parks, each inspired by famous forests from around the world: Australia's Daintree Rainforest, South Africa's baobabs, California's Bristlecone, Poland's Bialowieza Forest, South America's Amazon Rainforest, Japan's Yakushima Forest, as well as Russian and Canadian taiga forests.

Residents of Sobha Elwood will be able to choose from spacious villas with 4-6 bedrooms, each equipped with its own swimming pool. In addition, each residence has a garage, powder room, dressing room, office and a cozy garden. The kitchens are equipped with modern appliances from brands such as Bosch, Siemens and their analogs.

The total living space ranges from 461 to 668 square meters, with building plots ranging from 577 to 810 square meters - this is about 20-30% larger than the size of the villas themselves. More than 10 thousand trees will be planted on the territory of the complex, and almost half of the total area will be occupied by open spaces.
