Dreamland Oasis is a major real estate developer in Georgia, implementing one of the largest and most unique residential projects on the Black Sea coast. The company is responsible for the construction and management of a premium hotel and residential complex in the resort town of Chakvi, just 9 kilometers from Batumi.

The project has been developed since 2014 by Sak Tur Kurort, a company founded with the participation of foreign investors.
