The building includes 360,000 RSF of premium office space, 16,000 SF dedicated to dining under Harwood Hospitality Group, and an impressive 17,000 SF rooftop sky garden, elevating the urban work experience with lush green space and panoramic views.

Completed in 2018, The Rolex Building is the eighth architectural landmark in the master-planned 19-city block Harwood District. This iconic seven-story structure was designed through a close collaboration between Kengo Kuma & Associates (Tokyo) and HDF (Dallas), and comprises 136,857 square feet, including 56,422 square feet of premium office space.

The building is enveloped by curated landscapes by acclaimed landscape architect Sadafumi Uchiyama, who drew inspiration from traditional Japanese gardens. At the base, tiered stone ramparts, reflecting pools, and cascading waterfalls create a serene, immersive environment. The castle-like stone walls were crafted by Suminori Awata, a 15th-generation Japanese stone mason, infusing the site with artisanal legacy and timeless elegance.

Inspired by the character-rich pubs across the British Isles, Harwood Arms was born from imagination, nostalgia, and a genuine love of good company. Tucked away on La Rue Perdue – The Lost Street, its crimson façade and HDF-designed interiors hint at the magic within.

Here, British tradition meets Dallas charm. It’s a space where ties come off, stories are shared, and the drinks are poured generously — whether it’s a perfect pint of Guinness, a top-shelf whiskey, or crispy, golden fish and chips.
