The residential offering features over 80 layout options—from compact 20 m² studios to spacious four-bedroom apartments up to 100 m². All units include enlarged glazing to maximize natural light.
Apartments are delivered in three finish types: unfinished, pre-finished, and turnkey. Ceiling heights range from 2.7 to 3 meters.

Located just 15 minutes by car from the city center, the complex functions as a mixed-use urban quarter that transforms the entire district into a high-quality environment filled with opportunities for holistic development.
Spread across a secure, gated territory of 23 hectares—4.7 hectares of which are dedicated to landscaping—the complex offers a complete ecosystem for modern life:

Thirty-nine rivers flow through the park, one of which runs directly through the residential complex. Cascading down mountain slopes, these rivers form 33 picturesque waterfalls.
