Tekta Group is a full-cycle real estate developer whose mission is to bring the aspirations of modern individuals to life. Founded in 1999, the company has evolved from a regional builder into one of the leading developers in the Moscow market.
Over more than 25 years, Tekta Group has delivered over 7,500 apartments, welcoming more than 10,000 new residents. Its project portfolio exceeds 500,000 m² in total area. The company has received more than 30 professional awards and ranked among the top 20 Moscow developers by revenue in 2024.
Initially focused on residential development in the Moscow region—where it entered the top five builders by 2012—Tekta Group was among the first to introduce concept-driven housing featuring bespoke architecture and a distinctive lifestyle environment. Signature elements included residences with panoramic views of the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, apartments with direct rooftop access, and multi-format complexes combining standard units with townhouses and penthouses.
Today, the company continues to broaden its scope. Its portfolio has diversified, and it has successfully entered the commercial real estate segment. Currently in the design phase is the premium AIR business center on Khodynka Field—a complex of three towers of varying heights, totaling 141,728 m².
The ERA residential complex is a premium urban quarter of a new generation, situated in Moscow’s Danilovsky District along Derbenevskaya Embankment. Its architectural identity draws on a contemporary reinterpretation of Art Deco, featuring six elegant high-rise towers.
The first construction phase includes three buildings ranging from 27 to 33 stories, offering a total of 858 apartments. Residential units span from 69 to 117.4 m² and are available in both classic and European layouts, with the option of either unfinished interiors or white-box finishes.
Designed by the GAFA architectural bureau, the project masterfully blends traditional Art Deco principles with bold, modern design elements. The inner courtyard is conceived as an homage to English landscape gardening, offering residents a serene green sanctuary in the heart of the metropolis.
The complex merges the vibrancy of city life with the tranquility of suburban living. Its landscaped grounds feature blooming meadows, a green labyrinth, cozy lounge areas, and state-of-the-art children’s playgrounds. The ground floors and stylobate levels are dedicated to commercial amenities, including retail stores, cafés, and service facilities.
Thanks to its strategic location, the Garden Ring is just a five-minute drive away, providing swift access to Moscow’s central districts.

Despite its dynamic urban growth, the area retains a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Residents enjoy convenient access to shopping centers, educational facilities, and even the Kant ski resort, ensuring a highly comfortable daily life.
The natural surroundings further enhance the appeal: nearby are Korobovsky Garden with its scenic ponds, the Korshuniha River valley, and Sosenki Park—ideal for walks and outdoor relaxation.
Architecturally, the complex reflects contemporary urban elegance: entrance lobbies feature bespoke design, refined finishes, and lofty 3-meter ceilings.
The project offers a diverse range of layouts—from compact studios to spacious five-bedroom apartments. Units can be combined to create customized living spaces. Among the distinctive offerings are residences with master bedrooms and floor-to-ceiling glazing, including corner windows that maximize natural light and panoramic views.
The development comprises monolithic-brick buildings ranging from 22 to 34 stories. All apartments (ranging from 31 to 112.7 m²) are delivered without finishes. A business-class underground parking facility is included for residents’ convenience. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
