Beryozki River Village is a premium countryside community located on Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway, just 17 km from the Moscow Ring Road. Designed by Swiss architect Daniel Schindler, the project occupies 60 hectares surrounded by a birch forest and includes 151 residences ranging from 634 to 1,640 m² on plots from 18 to 50 ares. The modern architecture with panoramic glazing and natural materials emphasizes the aesthetics of minimalism and harmony with nature.
The territory of the village is designed as a closed ecosystem of comfort: it features a private school and kindergarten, a wellness complex with a swimming pool, spa area, ice arena, and gym, as well as tennis courts, walking trails, a beach, and a scenic riverfront. All utilities are centralized, and security is ensured by 24-hour surveillance and monitoring.
Thanks to the convenient exit to the Kutuzovsky Avenue bypass, the road to the center of Moscow takes about 20 minutes. Beryozki River Village represents a new standard of suburban living, where prestige, nature, and comfort merge into a harmonious space for family life.
Show moreResidential Complex "House 56" is a premium residential quarter by the Hals-Development Group, located in the Basmanny District of Moscow, within walking distance of the Baumanskaya and Elektrozavodskaya metro stations. The futuristic architecture of the three towers, featuring metal panel façades and panoramic glazing, makes the complex a symbol of the capital’s future. The project is harmoniously integrated into the district’s historic and creative environment, where old Moscow meets modern art spaces and the renovated Bauman Garden.
The three buildings form a private inner courtyard with landscaped areas for residents: children’s playgrounds, workout zones, and lounge areas with swings create an atmosphere of comfort and seclusion. Security is ensured by a modern access control system, and high-speed premium elevators connect the residential floors with the lobby and underground parking.
The complex offers a wide variety of layouts: from stylish, fully finished apartments in Smart White and Casual Grey styles to spacious unfinished units that allow for combining lots and creating a personalized design. "House 56" is a fusion of futurism, coziness, and an intelligent lifestyle.
Show moreResidential Complex "Admiral" is a modern business-class development under construction in a promising district of Moscow, near the Lyublinsky Ponds and Pechatniki metro station. The project consists of three quarters and harmoniously combines nature, architecture, and big-city comfort. Nearby are Shkuleva Park, the Kuzminki Museum-Reserve, and the Dream Island entertainment center.
The architectural concept was created by the “Genpro” bureau. The contrast in building heights, stone façades, and arched stained-glass windows form the image of elegant modernity. The lobbies and common areas feature refined materials such as porcelain stoneware, wood, metal, and natural stone. High ceilings, panoramic windows, and soft lighting create an atmosphere of comfort and prestige.
Residents are welcomed by a landscaped courtyard of 5,000 m² with a play hub, workout zones, climbing wall, amphitheater, and yoga areas. On the ground floors, there are shopping galleries, cafés, and bakeries, while a school, kindergarten, and business center are located nearby. The complex offers 1,489 apartments with well-thought-out layouts, panoramic views, and ceilings up to 3.25 meters high. “Admiral” embodies modern comfort and elegant urban style.
Show moreResidential Complex “Rozhdestvenka 8” is a new DeLuxe-class development by “Hals Development,” located in the very heart of Moscow — just two minutes from the Kuznetsky Most metro station and close to Red Square. The project embodies the harmony between the city’s historical center and modern comfort, combining a prestigious location with refined architecture.
The architectural concept was created by the studio “Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners.” The elegant façades of the mansions are designed in a neoclassical style with elements of Art Nouveau: floor-to-ceiling arched windows, columns, and rusticated stone details emphasize prestige and sophistication. The complex offers exclusive formats — penthouses with fireplaces, apartments with terraces and Kremlin views, as well as two- and three-story townhouses with private entrances.
The interiors, designed by Oleg Klodt’s bureau, are available in two styles — contemporary and neoclassical. The project features premium public areas: a marble lobby, lounge zones, minibar, coworking space, and flexible meeting rooms. In the landscaped courtyard park with a fountain, amphitheater, and rare plants, an atmosphere of comfort and privacy has been created. For residents’ convenience, there is an underground parking for 170 cars and storage rooms. “Rozhdestvenka 8” is the embodiment of metropolitan status, comfort, and refined architecture.
