The project is designed to create a self-sufficient urban environment where every element is thoughtfully planned to meet the needs of diverse residents—from young families to seniors.
The microdistrict comprises 32 residential buildings of variable height, ranging from 1 to 21 stories, constructed using monolithic-brick technology. All apartments are delivered with pre-finished interiors, allowing future owners to implement their own design concepts. Phased delivery is scheduled as follows: the first phase will be completed in Q4 2024, the second in Q4 2025, the third and fourth in 2026, and full completion is expected by Q4 2027.
