The founder and managing partner is Alexander Kravtsov. The company’s core focus includes developing club houses and residential quarters in historic districts, as well as urban redevelopment initiatives.
In late 2025, Fizika Development received two awards at the KAISSA Awards and was named “Developer of the Year,” recognizing its expertise and contribution to shaping high-quality urban environments.
The elite club quarter Moiseenko 10 is emerging as a new architectural landmark in Saint Petersburg’s Central District. Integrated into the distinctive administrative and business ensemble Nevskaya Ratusha, it seamlessly blends cultural heritage with contemporary urban living standards.
Inspired by the creative legacy of renowned cultural figures—whose names form the conceptual foundation of the project—the development comprises four monolithic-brick buildings ranging from 6 to 10 stories. These structures enclose a private, green inner courtyard, shielded from public view and meticulously designed as a serene retreat from the city’s bustle. The space prioritizes safety, comfort, and refined aesthetics, catering to the most discerning residents.
Each building is equipped with four elevators. Ceiling heights range from 3 to 3.3 meters. Apartments are offered in multiple finish options: unfinished, rough, pre-finished, fully finished, and turnkey—allowing future owners to choose according to their preferences.
Completion is scheduled for 2028. Moiseenko 10 is more than a residence; it is an environment crafted to inspire creativity, foster well-being, and support a harmonious lifestyle in the heart of Russia’s cultural capital.
Show moreOstrov Pervykh (Island of the First) is a new premium residential quarter in the heart of Saint Petersburg, located on Matyshev Island. Within a few minutes’ walk are iconic landmarks such as New Holland, the Mariinsky Theatre, and other key cultural venues of the city.
Rising above the Neva River delta, the quarter comprises three monolithic-brick buildings, each 9 to 10 stories high. Sections of Buildings 1 and 3 feature more complex architectural articulation and panoramic views, contributing—alongside the other structures—to a rich urban environment that balances contemporary design with respect for Saint Petersburg’s historical fabric.
Special attention is given to the restoration of a historic industrial complex originally built by Scottish engineer Charles Baird, notable for its red-brick façade and distinctive water tower. This landmark, emblematic of Imperial Russia’s industrial grandeur, will be meticulously restored by Fizika Development and reimagined as the architectural centerpiece of the quarter—a new public focal point for residents and visitors alike.
Ceiling heights range from 2.7 to 3 meters. Apartments are offered in unfinished or rough-in condition. Each building is equipped with 10 to 20 elevators, ensuring exceptional comfort and accessibility.
Completion is scheduled for 2028–2029.
