The collection of twelve clubhouses is located in a picturesque private park on the bank of the Moskva River, next to the legendary Luzhniki sports complex. The LUZHNIKI COLLECTION project is the result of the work of an international team of architects who created a unique ensemble of architectural art objects. Each house and each apartment in this complex have unique characteristics, representing real real real estate collectibles.
Panoramic windows open breathtaking views of the wooded massif of the Vorobyovy Hills, the surface of the Moskva River and the green expanses of the Olympic complex “Luzhniki”, as well as modern silhouettes of the business center “Moscow City” and historical buildings of the Khamovniki district.
The clubhouses, united by a common concept of an ideal landscape, are divided into four thematic collections:

• Mountain Line - three towers located along the Piazza.

Each collection has its own unique design of the front lobbies, designed by the famous American bureau ODA Architecture. The grounds are available exclusively to the residents of the complex, as is the Amenities infrastructure located on the ground and minus ground floors of the club space, as well as the private park. LUZHNIKI COLLECTION Park, located in the center of the project, is a network of shady alleys and cozy areas for recreation, creating an atmosphere of privacy thanks to the hilly terrain. Walking routes connect all the zones of the complex with each other.
The park includes four different landscaping areas:

• An enclosed, private garden;
• An elegant Piazza promenade with restaurants;
• Luzhnetskaya embankment;
• A multi-level green space on the roof of the retail gallery, forming a unique landscape structure.
