Vishnevyy Sad Residential Complex is a private club-style estate where architecture, nature, and comfort merge into a harmonious whole. Set within a secure 5-hectare enclave, it comprises eleven elegant buildings ranging from 8 to 14 stories, creating the atmosphere of an urban sanctuary.
The entire territory is car-free — a peaceful, safe haven filled with greenery: a private cherry orchard, a park with direct exits beyond the complex, and intimate courtyard terraces for ground-floor residents. Families are well catered to: a private kindergarten, two playgrounds (including a large one), a traditional Russian "gorodki" field, giant chess set, sports area, a fitness club with pool and SPA, and a cozy café.
Each building features no more than four apartments per floor, most of them dual-, triple-, or corner-oriented, ensuring abundant natural light and panoramic views. Ceiling heights reach 3.35 m in apartments and 4 m in penthouses. Floor-to-ceiling windows (2.4–3.2 m high) with wooden-frame glazing, plus balconies or loggias in every unit, enhance the sense of space. Thoughtful structural design even allows combining multiple units into one. All penthouses open onto private terraces.
The architecture reflects refined taste: façades and entrance lobbies are clad in natural stone, with bespoke interior design. For practicality, each floor includes dedicated technical balconies for engineering systems, and every building has a separate underground level with private storage rooms. The third phase will introduce an underground parking garage with 300 spaces.
Vishnevyy Sad is more than housing — it’s a complete, self-contained living environment crafted for those who value privacy, quality, and timeless elegance.
Show moreMonet Residence is a premium-class boutique residence in the heart of Moscow’s Presnensky District, where art, architecture, and urban life converge. Named in homage to Claude Monet, the project echoes his aesthetic—celebrating light, space, and natural harmony.
The architectural design of the 18-story monolithic building was crafted by the renowned international firm Swanke Hayden Connell Architects. The façade blends floor-to-ceiling glazing with noble materials: natural stone and clinker brick, conveying timeless elegance and durability. Each apartment, starting from 68 m², is conceived as a private sanctuary—thoughtfully planned, flooded with daylight, and finished to the highest standards.
Located in Presnensky District, the residence offers effortless access to Moscow’s cultural, business, and green landmarks: Patriarch’s Ponds, Moscow City, Novinsky Boulevard, theaters, and galleries are all within walking distance.
Monet Residence is more than an address—it’s a statement for those who see their home as an extension of personal taste and refined living.
Show moreWoods is a rare sanctuary in Moscow where the pulse of the metropolis meets the philosophy of golf: silence, space, and a sense of time that flows more slowly. Nestled in a protected green zone, away from the bustle of Mosfilmovskaya Street, the complex sits on the edge of a natural ravine bordering the private grounds of the Moscow Golf Club. This unique setting grants residents breathtaking panoramic views and genuine privacy rarely found in the heart of a megacity.
The architecture of Woods draws inspiration from the finest examples of London’s premium residential design: understated elegance, natural materials, and seamless integration with the landscape. Façades are crafted from eco-friendly components, and every residence features triple-aspect floor-to-ceiling windows that flood interiors with light and blur the line between inside and nature.
Residences range from 162 to 192 m², with two or three bedrooms. Ceiling heights in concrete reach 3.45 m (up to 4.5 m in penthouses), and 2.6-meter-tall windows use the premium Schüco glazing system. All units include balconies, and two penthouses—one in each building—offer 360-degree panoramic views. Thanks to intelligent structural planning, residences can be combined horizontally or vertically.
Woods is more than a home. It’s urban living redefined by the spirit of golf: calm, refined, and truly free.
