The Heights is a project from the creators of Moscow public and residential spaces: Supermetal, Khlebozavod, Krasnaya Strela; and Sochi complexes: Monet and Volna. The history of the project began 50 years ago with a mango grove planted by a Balinese family. Now 15-meter high trees have formed a picturesque space. Thus, the mango grove became the fulcrum of the project and the center of the complex's architecture. It was the garden that set the atmosphere, while the architecture framed, preserved and enhanced the magic of the place. The mango garden delicately integrated the building of private residences with two full floors and a residential roof deck.
