Idea Panorama multifunctional complex, located on G. Danelia Street in Vake-Saburtalo district, successfully combines proximity to the center of Tbilisi with privacy from the hustle and bustle of the city. The architectural design of the complex fits harmoniously into the surrounding nature, emphasizing the natural landscape of the area.

Each apartment in the project offers breathtaking views of the Vere River flowing through the gorge and the directions of Bagebi and Tskneti. That is why instead of standard balconies the apartments have spacious multifunctional terraces, and the rooms are planned in such a way as to provide a maximum view of the surroundings.

The apartments are equipped with the following elements:

• Exterior aluminum doors and windows;
• MDF-paneled entrance door;
• Tensioned flooring;
• Plastered walls;
• Connected utilities (gas, water, electricity);
• Electrical wiring in accordance with the layout of the premises;
• Heating boiler with piping;
• Premises for installation of outdoor unit of heating system and air conditioner;
• Access control system and videophone;
• Terraces paved with frost-resistant artificial granite.

The Tiflisi project is located in Tbilisi at 88 Leo Kvachadze Street.

The first phase of the project, covering an area of 3,500 m², includes 14 two-storey private houses with landscaped isolated courtyards. Construction started in February 2019 and was completed in March 2020. The houses were handed over to the new owners in stages as work was completed.

The second phase began in May 2021 and was completed in the first quarter of 2023. This part of the project is located about 500 meters away from the first phase and covers an area of 7100 m². Twenty private houses with individual well-maintained courtyards and terraces are being built here.

The project provides three different house concepts:

• Townhouses: semi-detached houses with isolated courtyards and large terraces, with living areas starting from 105 m². There are 12 such houses planned in the project.
• Villas: Detached houses with isolated courtyards, terraces and swimming pools, with living areas starting from 182.5 m². There are six of these houses in total.
• Premium Villas: Individually located houses with secluded courtyards, terraces and swimming pools. The living area of these houses starts from 266.5 m². There are two of them in the project.
