After many years of working in the hospitality and marketing industry, Georgiy Zhorzholyan decided to start his own business in his hometown of Kutaisi and founded the holding company Episode Development.

"Episode Group" has subsidiary companies, "Episode Development," and "Creative Episode." Although the company plans construction projects in Batumi and Tbilisi, the company's main office is effectively located in Kutaisi.

This year, Episode Development, in collaboration with the architectural company "Artitex," is starting the construction of a multifunctional residential building in Kutaisi. The project will combine a residential building with open and closed swimming pools, fitness clubs, spa centers, cafe-bars, and relaxation rooms, all in one facility. Additionally, a second project is planned in Kutaisi, with a total investment volume of 30 million lari for both projects.

Episode Development initiated the construction of the first project in Kutaisi, with the capsule launch taking place on October 1. This marks Episode Development's first project involving the construction of a multifunctional residential building, and the construction of the second project is also planned to commence in Kutaisi. Episode Development anticipates that the total investment volume for each project will amount to 30 million lari.
