The UAE residency by investment program offers a visa for property purchase. The visa is granted for 2 years with investments from 750,000 AED ($200,000) or 10 years (“Golden Visa”) for 2,000,000 AED ($550,000). The investor must be over 18, with no criminal record and a verified income. Residency is also granted to the spouse and children: sons up to 25 years old, daughters without age limit. Additional costs for health insurance and processing are around $25,000.
