Montenegro's residency by investment program requires purchasing property or starting a business in the country. The investor must be over 18, with no criminal record and proof of funds' origin. Residency is also granted to the spouse and children under 18. Required documents: application, passport copies, criminal record certificate, health insurance, income proof. Residency is revoked if the status changes or laws are violated.
