The investor must be over 18 years old, have no criminal record, and have proof of the origin of funds. A residence permit is also issued to a spouse and children under 18. Documents: application, copies of passports, certificate of no criminal record, health insurance, proof of income. The residence permit is cancelled if the status changes or the law is violated.
