The Cyprus Permanent Residence Investment Program requires an investment of at least €300,000 + VAT in primary real estate, offices, shops or hotels. The investor must prove that the funds came from abroad and prove an annual income of at least €50,000. Permanent residence is granted to the spouse, minor children and dependent adult children under 25 years of age. If the investment is sold without a similar replacement, the permanent residence may be cancelled. Additionally, it is necessary to register the sale and purchase agreement with the Land Registry.
