Cyprus' permanent residency program requires an investment of at least €300,000+VAT in primary real estate, offices, shops, or hotels. The investor must prove the funds came from abroad and demonstrate an annual income of at least €50,000. PR is granted to the spouse, minor children, and dependent adult children under 25. If the investment is sold without a replacement, PR may be revoked. Additionally, the purchase agreement must be registered with the Land Registry.
