The construction company "Izida EOOD" was founded as an individual enterprise under the name ET "Iridon" in 1990 in the city of Burgas, specializing in finishing and renovation works. The company has successfully developed thanks to its team of managers and specialists with high professional qualities and experience, earning trust and respect.

Expanding its activities, the company was transformed into a limited liability company "Iridon" EOOD a few years later, and in 2004 it was renamed "Izida" EOOD.

For 29 years, the company has invested in and implemented projects related to design, construction, renovation, finishing works, furnishing, interior design, and the purchase and sale of real estate.

Along the Black Sea coast, the company has completed projects in the city of Chernomorets, the holiday village Chervenka, Sozopol, Primorsko, the villages of Lozenets, Sveti Vlas, Tankovo, Sarafovo, Malenovo, Nessebar, and others.
