Unfortunately, my experience with Temel İnşaat, a real estate developer in Turkey, was extremely negative. After signing the contract for the construction of my new house, I encountered a number of serious problems. Firstly, the deadlines were constantly postponed without any explanation. Secondly, the quality of construction left much to be desired - numerous defects and deficiencies were found. In addition, communication with the company's representatives was difficult, which further complicated the situation. As a result, the project was delayed indefinitely and I suffered significant financial losses. I cannot recommend this company.
