We had the opportunity to buy an apartment from Double Diamond Residence, which was built by Katal İnşaat in Karşıyaka, İzmir. The workmanship and quality of the construction, as well as the size of the apartments, are excellent. Everything has been considered. But more importantly, our building performed very well in the last earthquake that İzmir experienced. Even though our exterior cladding is glass, not a single pane of glass was broken. None of our belongings were damaged. There were only minor plaster cracks on the walls of our apartments. Mustafa Erdem, the owner of Katal İnşaat, declared in writing that he stands behind the construction he built and that all damages that occurred in the apartments will be repaired. Once again, I realized that I bought a house from the right contractor. Thank you, KATAL.
