I rent in Palmetto Park for 5 months. Very nice large apartment, bright and spacious, high ceilings, large windows, balcony. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, the distance is about 700 meters. There is a beautiful panoramic pool on the roof, in the evening there is an incredible view of the sunset. There are shops and cafes nearby. Negative points are a very small gym on the ground floor with glass walls. There is also construction nearby, but this is temporary.
