Symbiose

Symbiose is a project in the heart of Angers, designed to set a benchmark for comfortable and eco-friendly housing. The complex will include 4-room apartments with thoughtful layouts and high energy efficiency (compliant with RT 2012 standards). Each apartment features large windows for maximum natural light and spacious balconies. Residents also have access to underground parking and private storage units. The area has excellent infrastructure: schools, shops, parks, and cultural venues are within walking distance. Thanks to the PSLA program, housing can be purchased on favorable terms. Construction is already underway, with completion planned for 2026.
