Taghi

Taghi is a modern residential complex representing a unique for Georgia “boutique” format, characterized by a small number of neighbors and compact but functional apartments.

The complex is designed in traditional Georgian style and consists of four floors. The main emphasis is made on a minimalistic approach to the number of apartments and original architectural and planning solutions. The buildings are built using monolithic frame technology, which guarantees the reliability of the construction. The developer uses the latest construction technologies and environmentally friendly materials. The exterior of the complex is distinguished by the correct geometry and the arch with balconies, from which opens a picturesque view of the city. The facade is faced with aesthetic brown clinker brick. Energy efficient panoramic windows and balcony doors are installed in the apartments. The roof of the building is sloped and equipped with a terrace accessible directly from the apartments.

The developer provides quality landscaping of the adjacent territory. Although the project does not have its own commercial facilities, residents can use the infrastructure of the neighboring residential complex Old City Panorama, where there is a spa, swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, restaurant and supermarket. The housing is delivered in “green frame” condition. At the request of the client is provided repair service.

Basic equipment includes:

• connection of all utilities (sewerage, gas, water, electricity) and installation of meters;
• installation of central heating system.

The total housing stock of the complex is 12 apartments.
