Coral Reef

Coral Reef is a new high-rise development by DAMAC Properties located in Dubai Maritime City with direct access to the waterfront. Among the projects of this developer are such famous residential complexes as DAMAC Lagoons and DAMAC Hills. The interiors of the apartments in this project are being designed in collaboration with Vincent Fodemer's team Babolex. Completion is scheduled for March 2028.

The development includes an underground level, a sixteen-story podium, 48 residential floors and a rooftop with various amenities. Coral Reef features 279 one to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 72 to 169 square meters.

The residences feature a contemporary design and include a balcony, living room, bathroom, and built-in closets or dressing rooms in each bedroom. Kitchens are equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator and cooktop.

Panoramic windows and spacious balconies provide an abundance of natural light, emphasizing the stylish interior of each room. Depending on the location, residents will enjoy breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline or the Arabian Gulf.
