Volta

Volta by DAMAC Properties is an ambitious new project in a prestigious neighborhood near Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Dubai. This luxurious 60-storey skyscraper has been developed by DAMAC Properties, known for iconic projects such as DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Bay by Cavalli and DAMAC Lagoons. The architectural look of Volta was developed with the participation of specialists from the world-renowned Gensler bureau. It is planned that the first residents will be able to move in as early as March 2028.

The complex consists of several functional zones: a common first floor with an elegant lobby, the main 60-storey tower with residential apartments and amenities, as well as a separate podium on 13 levels, where a luxurious rooftop pool is located.

The lower floors of the building will be occupied by one- to two-bedroom residences, while the upper floors will house spacious three- to four-bedroom super deluxe apartments. The total area of the apartments varies from 62 to 201 square meters. In addition, buyers have a unique opportunity to purchase an entire floor.

Each apartment in Volta is equipped with a balcony, bathroom and built-in closets or closets in the bedrooms. The kitchen areas are designed with modern trends in mind and equipped with high quality branded appliances. Apartments with three to four bedrooms have additional storage rooms.
