Quattro Del Mar

Quattro Del Mar is a new addition to the collection of Mina Al Arab resort projects by RAK Properties. This developer, known for its successful projects in Ras Al Khaimah, continues to develop the artificial Hayat Island. The development is being built right on the shore of the island, providing residents with direct access to the beaches and promenades of the lagoon. From here, residents will enjoy views of the sea, lagoon and surrounding communities. Construction is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
