The Astera

The Astera is an exclusive residential complex located on Al Marjan Island in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. It is a joint project of the international company Dar Global and the famous sports car brand Aston Martin. The Astera offers luxury villas with 3 bedrooms and apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. The living areas range from 61 to 265 square meters. The complex will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028. All villas and apartments are delivered fully ready to live in, including high-quality finishes, furniture and appliances from the British brand Aston Martin. Location

The Astera is located in the northernmost emirate of the United Arab Emirates, approximately 40 minutes drive from Ras Al Khaimah city center and the local airport. Convenient access to the country's main highway, Sheikh Mohammed ibn Zayed Road (E311), is only a 10 minutes drive from the complex. The journey to Dubai takes approximately one hour and 15 minutes.
