830 Brickell is a premium office skyscraper from OKO Group and Cain International, a Class A+ commercial office project in the heart of the Brickell Financial District in Downtown Miami, Florida (USA).
It is the first freestanding office building of its class in the area in over a decade and sets a new standard for premium workspace in South Florida.
The project is located in the Brickell Financial District, one of Miami's most prestigious business districts, adjacent to Brickell Avenue, the city's main financial and business thoroughfare. This location combines well-developed infrastructure, transportation (including Metrorail, Metromover, and Brightline), restaurants, hotels, and retail.
Construction began in 2020. The project was launched in partnership between OKO Group and Cain International. Construction was officially completed in 2023, and the building received its temporary occupancy permit (TCO) in October 2024. Tenants have already begun moving in, and the remaining spaces are filling.
830 Brickell is a 57-story office skyscraper, approximately 221 meters tall, with a cutting-edge glass façade and architecture by the renowned firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the architects behind some of the world's tallest skyscrapers. The interiors were designed by the Italian studio Iosa Ghini Associati, and the structure was provided by engineers from DeSimone Consulting Engineers.
The total office and space area exceeds 95,000 square meters, making it one of the largest independent office buildings in Miami.
