Una Residences

Una Residences is a luxury residential project in the prestigious South Brickell neighborhood on Miami's Biscayne Bay waterfront, developed by international developer OKO Group in partnership with Cain International.

The project is a 47-story ultra-luxury condominium tower, the first new waterfront residential development in Brickell in over 20 years.

The residential complex is located in one of Miami's most sought-after and dynamic neighborhoods, where prestigious residential developments, business centers, restaurants, boutiques, and green spaces intersect.

The neighborhood is known for its convenient access to major transportation arteries, downtown, Miami International Airport, parks, Key Biscayne beaches, and the Biscayne Bay waterfront.

Construction of Una Residences began in May 2020, and the project will reach its peak in 2024, reaching its 47th floor.

The project was designed by renowned architectural firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG) with yacht-inspired elements, including flowing façade lines and panoramic glass facades that reflect sunlight and offer breathtaking views.

Una Residences features 135 spacious condominiums aimed at the ultra-luxury market segment. Residential units range from two- to five-bedroom apartments, featuring generous space, high ceilings, and views of the ocean and downtown Miami.

Una Residences is positioned as one of the most expensive and prestigious projects in Miami:

• Minimum prices for available apartments: from approximately $4,400,000 to $10,000,000 USD (data valid for remaining units);
• Penthouses on the top floors sold for approximately $17,750,000 USD each – record sales for the Brickell area.
