In July 2025, ActivumSG completed the acquisition of the newly developed luxury resort Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol for €175 million. The asset was acquired from Spanish REIT Milenium Hotels Real Estate on behalf of ActivumSG Fund VII. Leveraging the deal-sourcing and structuring expertise of its Madrid-based team, ActivumSG executed the transaction at an optimal entry point—securing a fully completed asset with zero construction risk.

Opened in February 2025, the resort is located in the prestigious Costa del Sol region, just 15 minutes from Gibraltar Airport and in close proximity to two of Southern Europe’s most sought-after luxury destinations: Sotogrande and Marbella.

Fairmont La Hacienda offers world-class amenities, including:

• 311 keys, all with seafront views:
  • 213 hotel rooms and villas
  • 98 keys across 42 branded residences available for purchase by third-party owners
• Four swimming pools
• A 22,000 sq ft spa (approx. 2,040 m²)
