KİPTAŞ Beylikdüzü Kırlangıç Evler

KİPTAŞ Beylikdüzü Kırlangıç ​​Evler is a large, fully completed urban transformation and safe housing project from developer KİPTAŞ in partnership with the Beylikdüzü Municipality. It was implemented as part of the Istanbul Yenileniyor program, which renovates outdated and unsafe buildings and replaces them with modern, sustainable, and comfortable homes.

The project is located in Gürpınar Mahallesi, a neighborhood in Beylikdüzü on the European side of Istanbul. It is a quiet and sought-after residential area with well-developed infrastructure, transportation, and proximity to the sea.
