Strizhi (Swifts) is a cozy comfort-class residential complex located in the settlement of Novy. The development comprises 12 four-story monolithic-brick buildings arranged in a closed triangular layout that visually echoes a bird’s V-formation. This design creates a fully car-free inner courtyard, ensuring safety and tranquility for residents.
