The Rodnye Prostory (Native Spaces) residential complex is located in the Znamensky settlement northeast of Krasnodar, near the Vostochny Obkhod highway. This provides residents with excellent transport connectivity, allowing car owners to reach the city center quickly and efficiently via optimal routes.

A key feature of the project is its integrated development approach, which creates a self-sufficient living environment.
