GloraX Pargolovo

GloraX Pargolovo is a large-scale comfort-class residential complex located in the Vyborgsky District of Saint Petersburg, designed as a self-sufficient neighborhood where everything needed for daily life is within walking distance.

The complex comprises six 15-story monolithic-brick buildings featuring plastered façades and ceramic granite cladding at the ground-floor level.

Delivery is scheduled between 2026 and 2029. Apartments are offered with either rough-in or turnkey finishes. In the first and second phases, residents may also opt to purchase furniture and household appliances.

Turnkey interiors are available in two color schemes—light and dark—and include paintable wallpaper, laminate flooring, matte stretch ceilings, and fully equipped bathrooms with both a bathtub and a shower cabin.

Balconies are included in nearly all units (except those on the first floor). They feature ceramic granite flooring, lighting, and an electrical outlet.

Apartment sizes range from 28 m² (studios) to 87.5 m². A standalone multi-level parking garage and guest parking spaces are provided for residents’ convenience.

Ceiling heights throughout the complex are 2.6 meters.
