Residential Complex "Vostochny Luch" — a comfortable quarter in Snegovaya Pad

The "Vostochny Luch" residential complex is being built in the dynamically developing area of Snegovaya Pad and combines 11 buildings of different types: four 17-story monolithic buildings, one 10-story panel building, and six 26-story monolithic towers. In total, the project is designed for 2,610 comfort-class apartments. For the convenience of residents, a spacious underground parking lot, storage rooms, and a large landscaped area are provided.

The location combines environmental friendliness and developed infrastructure: nearby is a forest area that provides clean air and natural surroundings, while within walking distance there are schools, kindergartens, shops, pharmacies, and clinics already in operation. Thanks to the proximity to the "Sedanka–Patrokl" junction, residents can quickly reach different districts of the city.

The complex offers one-room apartments with open layouts ranging from 20 to 60 m². The first buildings have already been put into operation, and the completion of the entire project is planned for 2023–2024.
