Arada CBD

Arada CBD is the region’s first post-pandemic business hub, designed in line with new productivity standards. The total area will be 4.3 million sq. ft. (≈400,000 m²), with the first phase — Cluster 1 — comprising 8 office buildings, 812,000 sq. ft. of leasable space, and 1,666 parking spaces. Construction began in 2023, with completion expected in the first half of 2025.

The complex will offer modern Grade A and B offices, access to a green boulevard, restaurants, and retail spaces. The environment is designed for productivity and collaboration, attracting companies from Sharjah, the UAE, and abroad. One of the buildings will serve as the headquarters of developer Arada.

The CBD is located at the heart of the Aljada megaproject, the new “Downtown Sharjah,” spanning 24 million sq. ft. By the time it opens, around 20,000 people will be living in the area, making Arada CBD a focal point for business and innovation in the region.
