Seara Sports Systems

Seara Sports Systems HQ is a modern complex located in Paditmanutam, Bangkok, Thailand. The project was a turnkey development involving the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new four-level, 2,200 sq.m facility comprising a showroom and office space.

Built using the post-tension slab method, the works included civil, structural, and architectural execution, as well as façades, interior fit-out, MEP systems, signage, and landscaping. Project management was handled by Holbrook, and the 18-month timeline resulted in a contemporary and highly functional space tailored to meet the needs of Seara Sports.
