Located on 500 acres in Brattleboro, Vermont, this 190-year-old barn has been renovated into a flexible event space that can seat 250 guests for dinner and 600 for concerts or lectures. The restoration preserved the building’s character by maintaining the original exterior below the eaves. Enhancements included a new roof, updated windows, doors, entrance features, and improved landscaping and pathways.
