Parsons Place Apartments

Parsons Place Apartments is a multi-family housing development by Community Housing Network, designed to provide permanent supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders. The project includes 62 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units within a three-story, elevator-served building totaling 58,500 gross square feet. All units are reserved for residents who meet the criteria of Columbus’ Rebuilding Lives initiative, offering stable housing paired with supportive services.
