Residence Permit UAE

The UAE Residence Permit Investment Program provides a residence visa for the purchase of real estate. The visa is issued for 2 years with an investment of 750,000 AED ($200,000) or for 10 years ("golden visa") for 2,000,000 AED ($550,000). The investor must be over 18 years old, have no criminal record, and have a proven income. The residence permit is also issued to the spouse and children: sons under 25, daughters without age limit. Additional costs for medical insurance and registration amount to about $25,000.
